  • Candidates must read and understand the rules pertaining to payment and refund of fees, before buying any course. No disputes regarding refunds will be entertained once the fees are paid.

  • Once you complete the payment as signified in the form, you would be eligible for the services of Apex Classes. Normally, Apex Classes provides one time services to its users and the cost of the services are charged accordingly. Candidates desiring to withdraw their fee shall require to give a reasonable reason. If given reason is found appropriate/Suitable it shall be considered accordingly. The process to refund/Adjust the fee may take 7 to 10 working days.

    • Refunds must be requested and supported by written authorization from the student. With a specified reason.

    • No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the registration is done, under any circumstances except in case of multiple transactions made against the same Application No.

      Method/Mode of Payment.

    • Transaction Id

    • Date & time of transaction
